Designed to protect personnel from dangerous hydro-gen sulfide or carbon monoxide gas exposure in the most extreme conditions. This unit is ideally suited for applications in such diverse climates as the desert or the arctic.
T40 Rattler™ is compact and lightweight. It can eas-ily be clipped to a belt, shirt pocket or hard hat. Gas concentrations are clearly read on a four-digit, seven segment liquid crystal display (LCD). User-adjustable features include alternative ‘Text-Only’ display and alarm set-points. The T40 will alert the user with either audible, visual or vibrating alarms when the preset high or low value is exceeded.
The peak-hold feature captures the highest reading from initial turn-on. Easy calibration uses a patented flip-cap routine. Operates for approximately 1,500 hours on one single AA alkaline battery. The T40 Rattler carries a two-year warranty from the date of manufacture.
